Baji Online Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Baji Online platform at bajionline.win and creating a user account, you enter into a binding agreement with Baji Online. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between you and the platform regarding your use of all services available under the Baji Online brand.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the platform in any capacity. You must also confirm that:

• You are not a professionally organised gambler or using automated systems, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Your use of the platform does not violate any law, regulation or rule applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one Baji Online account. Creating duplicate, secondary or multiple accounts — whether using the same identity details or different ones — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your name, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password must not be shared with anyone.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not it was authorised by you.
• Notifying Baji Online support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Keeping your contact information, including your registered mobile number, current and accurate.

Baji Online is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security over your credentials. Accounts are personal and non-transferable — you may not sell, assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Baji Online are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other approved mobile wallets. The list of available payment methods may be updated from time to time.

When making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds being deposited belong to you and are not derived from any criminal activity or money laundering.
• You are using a payment account that is registered in your own name.
• You understand that deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties will be rejected and may trigger an account review.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification checks. Standard processing times apply and VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.

Baji Online does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which Baji Online bears no responsibility. All amounts displayed on the platform are in PKR and no currency conversion is applied by the platform.

5. Bonus & Promotions

Baji Online may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets and other incentives to registered players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. These Terms provide the general framework that applies to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

General bonus conditions that apply across all Baji Online promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited in PKR and are separate from your real money balance until wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The required wagering amount will be specified for each individual promotion.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device and IP address. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — whether through multiple accounts or other methods — constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Baji Online reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms or cancel a promotion at any time. This will not affect bonuses already credited to accounts where wagering has already commenced.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.

If we determine that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner that we consider to be abusive, exploitative or contrary to the spirit of the promotion, we reserve the right to cancel the bonus, remove any winnings derived from it and suspend the account pending review.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on Baji Online are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip, stake amount and selection before confirming any wager. Baji Online does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except where a clear technical error on our part can be demonstrated.

For sports betting — including cricket markets covering PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournaments — the following rules apply:

• Odds are displayed in PKR payout terms and are correct at the time they are shown. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed, particularly for in-play markets. If the odds change between the time you select them and the time your bet is processed, the current odds at the time of confirmation will apply.
• Markets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the case of cricket, this means the result as declared by the ICC, PCB or the relevant board overseeing the match in question.
• In the event of a match abandonment, void or no-result, bets will be settled according to the rules applicable to that specific market, which are displayed within each market description.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the betting section and may differ between sports, match types and market categories.

For slots, crash games and bingo, the rules for each individual game are governed by the game provider and displayed within the game itself. Baji Online presents these games but the underlying game logic, RTP (return to player) and mechanics are determined by the provider.

7. VIP Programme

The Baji Online VIP Programme rewards regular players with enhanced benefits across Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers. Tier progression is based on cumulative PKR wagered across all sections of the platform — sports betting, slots, live casino, crash games and bingo all count equally towards your tier total.

VIP benefits may include cashback on net losses, faster withdrawal processing, increased withdrawal limits, dedicated customer support and access to exclusive promotions. The specific benefits available at each tier are set out in the VIP Programme page and may be updated from time to time.

• Tier status is reviewed on a regular basis. Failure to maintain the minimum activity level required for your current tier may result in a tier adjustment at the next review period.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Baji Online platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any non-human method to interact with the platform, place bets, trigger bonuses or manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors in odds, system vulnerabilities or any technical glitch to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match or betting market.
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, identity theft or other criminal activity.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own details or under false or borrowed identities.

• Attempting to sell, transfer or purchase a Baji Online account.

Baji Online monitors platform activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected, we will act without prior warning. Any PKR balance held in a suspended account may be withheld pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, forfeited entirely.

10. Suspension & Termination

Baji Online reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated or that account activity poses a risk to the platform, other players or third parties.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure requested by you:

• Any real money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method after standard identity verification checks are completed.
• Any bonus balance or winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.
• Your account data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy for the legally required retention period.

Where an account is closed by Baji Online due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Baji Online will communicate the reason for closure where it is appropriate and safe to do so.

11. Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally affect platform access or functionality.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Baji Online's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data or any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.
• In the event of a technical error that causes an incorrect payout, we reserve the right to correct the error and adjust balances accordingly, regardless of whether the erroneous amount has already been credited to your wallet.
• We are not responsible for network outages, internet connectivity issues or device problems on your side that prevent you from accessing the platform or completing a transaction.
